Lori and Alex ,we just got back from Anna Maria Island we were there for a week it was so beautiful. we rented a 5 bedroom house and there were 10 of us it was so much fun.

We are back in Washington today we were at the Columbia river it is a beautiful drive,

okI tried but you cant see on this small picture but there was a moose just crossing the road he just got into the tall grass

Chuck was so interested in this pipeline it is pretty interesting when you see how they laid this pipe there is 800 miles of pipe some above ground and some underground , the above ground pipe has to be so many feet off the ground so that animals can pass under it and they went underground at some points because of creeks and small lakes , on the bigger lakes they built bridges for the pipe

We saw so many beautiful places this drive is my favorite but the pictures don't do it justice.

today we took a 5 hour cruise out to see the glacers I will let the pictures speak for them selves

wish you could see how beautiful these glacers are. this was taken at a whale watching place on the side of the road but I think the whales went south for the summer..

we are in Ancharge today tomorrow we take the day cruise out to see the glacers. hope it is clearer. at least the weather has been beautiful.

did you know that there is over 3 million lakes in Alaska.we did not see any alimals yet.

we drove up to see the pipeline. tomorrow we go to Denali so hopefully I will have some good pictures.

Hello all that are following my blog, no entry yesterday we were flying and no pictures. but we are here now and it can be confusing when it doesn't get dark. we had dinner last night at 11.30pm and when we came out of the resturant there was a crew of men painting the building.........now think about that it was daylight at midnight. anyway we went to northpole,alaska this morning.

Today we just sightsee tomorrow we leave for Alaska.

you can;t come to Seattle and not see the space needle..

so many beautiful rivers and lakes up here, lots of fishing and hunting up here. we gained another hour today,it should be really fun when we start home and start to lose these hours I will be so confused I wont know what time it is.

So many beautiful things to see, I did'nt realize how many lakes there are in Yellowstone.

Snow in summer. just 2 hours into our trip and we are high up in the mountains still some snow on the ground ,this late in June.

On the road again started our 7th day in Wyoming , but soon we were on our way into Yellowstone National Park.

Yesterday we saw acres of corn and today we were in cattle country, now we are in high country in Wyoming, tomorrow we go into yellowstone. all of this country is so differant and yet so beautiful.

We started our day having breakfast with Kevin,Lori, Scotty and Steven. they all left and we started on our way.

Day 4 of our trip

No pictures today.. we went to 2 baseball games Steven's team the Mokena Thunder won both it was really great to see him and his dad play ball.our friends Lori and Kevin came to watch the games and see us we haven't seen them for a long time. they are always the same , funny how some friendships are like that tomorrow we head west. really sorry to leave Steven.
